ABOUT THE ROLE

SCALEUP has successfully launched HR and BI communities and now it’s time for a young, talented community manager to take on the growth responsibilities. Your primary objective will be to foster more and better community involvement and assist with the overall communication with the community (think social media, emails, you name the content).
This is an Entry Level position. People with limited experience but with the right skillset and passion for our purpose are highly encouraged to apply.

Mission:

Work with colleagues to advertise, socialize, and drive attendance to events

Manage and update community events and content

Create and manage social media posts referencing the community

Respond to emails and messages

Create newsletters and blog posts

Create and manage reporting dashboards and community health metrics

Take the social media pulse of the community

Your Superpowers:

1+ year of experience in related position

Social media wizard. Your friends say you could probably be an influencer.

HR and BI matters make your heart skip a beat

Slovak native speaker and fluent in written and verbal communication in English

Outside of the box thinking to come up with creative solutions and ideas

Excellent communication and networking skills

Outgoing, energetic and creative personality

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
