ABOUT THE ROLE

SCALEUP is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take on the projects of SCALEUP ACADEMY. From preparing and executing events to leading the event & community management team, being part of our team takes passion, persistence and curiosity.

Mission:

Creating, planning, organizing and executing the events of SCALEUP ACADEMY

Developing detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that all projects are prepared on-time

Sourcing professional (external) speaker/lectors coordination

Coordination of service providers, creative agencies etc

Managing the events & communication team

Analyzing the current sales strategy and processes to target customers

Defining and implementing the promotional strategy of the events

Analyzing the events performance and making strategical changes accordingly

Your Superpowers:

3+ years experience in project management positions

Exceptional flow charts and a calendar full of tasks give you motivation

Customer-oriented with excellent communication and networking skills

Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and within a team while coordinating it

Outside of the box thinking to come up with creative solutions and ideas

Slovak native speaker and fluent in written and verbal communication in English
